A bit about me,
Originally from New York with an extensive background in software & marketing sales, Soud moved to Austin in 2017 with the specific goal of launching his real estate business. His interest in real estate started at first as an investor of both resale and new construction, and soon after obtaining his license, he began helping others acquire and sell real estate daily. The real estate business took off from there.
Soud prides himself on providing a full concierge service that he creates through every transaction with his clients. Taking the guesswork and mystery out of what can be a puzzling process, Soud digs deep to ensure his clients have clarity and understanding with each step of the process. He strives to establish real, long-lasting relationships not only with his clients, but with other vendors and partners in the industry he interacts with. He is passionate about being the support his clients need to get to the finish line. He has an innate drive to break barriers and to lead with compassion.
Although he works with many different types of buyers and sellers, Soud would say he specializes in new construction throughout Austin proper. With a current running 5 year total of over $125 Million in closed revenue, he is amongst the top .1% of agents in Austin and in the top 1.5% in the country at the moment.
Soud, his wife Tiffany, and their daughters, Celine and Juliet, live in Mueller and are proud members of the community. His clients have continuously described him as an expert in the Austin market and as a transparent, thorough, responsive, and well-connected agent. Many of Soud’s clients buy their homes sight unseen as new transplants coming from out of state. Soud strives to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible, always keeping his clients’ goals and interests in mind. On top of his professionalism, it’s clear Soud has a passion for helping people on a personal level, and he carries that with him in his work. Soud is changing the face of Austin real estate with his relentless work ethic, genuine connection with clients, and determination to go above and beyond. He wouldn’t have it any other way.
