Leah taps into her strong network to deliver access to pre-market and private-market homes and has a track record for putting buyers and sellers together, often before the properties are ever listed - a strategic advantage in the competitive Austin market. Above all, Leah consistently demonstrates her passion for matching the right homes with the right clients with expert care. Raised in both Tarrytown and Westlake, Leah graduated from Westlake High School and has resided with her family in both Central Austin and Westlake Hills, Leah is closely connected to the community. She is married to a sixth-generation Austinite, Chris Petri, and they have two sons. Walker is a freshman at The University of Texas and is enjoying his first year as a member of the Sig Ep fraternity; Hughes is a junior at Westlake High School and plays on the varsity golf team. Along with her husband, Leah enjoys investing in properties in Austin and Colorado, and has done many projects ranging from the ground-up construction to surface remodels. This experience proves invaluable to her clients when evaluating a property. Leah’s personal home was featured on the world-renowned AIA architecture tour in 2021. Leah also relishes downtime hiking with her two white labs, laughing with friends on the tennis court at ACC, or with her family on their boat on Lake Austin.
