Leah Petri

Leah is a native Austinite, a graduate of Westlake High School and Texas Christian University. She specializes in Central, West, Northwest Austin, Westlake Hills and Lake Travis, and always takes care to introduce newcomers to the Austin community. In our low inventory / high demand market it is imperative for both buyers and sellers to be aligned with an experienced realtor. Buyers and sellers often don’t realize how valuable it is to have a realtor that has long standing relationships in the business and is tied into the wider broker community. These connections enable the discerning buyer access to coming soon and private market inventory rather than only seeing the offerings on the public market. Our city’s real estate market is extremely competitive so having an agent with experience and success navigating multiple offer situations can be the difference between getting your dream home or not. Additionally, the ability to manage the entire home purchase or selling process smoothly is a value-add that buyers and sellers often don’t appreciate until they are knee deep in the process. Leah has spent a decade building a team of well vetted and trusted partners in the industry, who she believes are a crucial part of ensuring a smooth, successful and predictable process. Leah’s right hand is her assistant Laurie Sauls; together they can offer a layered approach to better serve her clients. Her appreciation for stylish and superior quality homes started many years ago and pushed her to take on a project of building her own architecturally driven home, which was completed in the Spring of 2020. Leah loves to attend the annual, globally recognized, Austin AIA Homes Tour and discovering the newest architectural and construction talent in our thriving city. Getting the chance to see and admire their work in person is part of the continuing education process she believes further differentiates her from the pack and enables her to help her clients appreciate exquisite details in architecture, construction and finishes. Leah has cultivated relationships with the most talented architects and builders in town and personally understands what it takes to tackle a high caliber project in today’s Austin market while managing timeline, budget, and carrying costs. This complex exercise includes assisting clients with identifying and evaluating potential home purchases, construction sites, knock-down or remodel candidates, and also helping them overcome the challenges of re-imagining a property’s potential all while navigating the city’s processes and systems. On the seller side, she offers a full-service approach to making the property ready for the market and setting it up to put its best foot forward. Leah loves her job and the opportunity to genuinely help her clients realize their dreams – and make the process fun along the way. She is grateful for the opportunity to pursue her passion with a career in real estate and now, diving into the architectural and construction component, allowing her to raise the bar when it comes to assisting her clients. In her off hours she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis and walking her dog, Hattie.
